Not being Irish, I won't be making corned beef since no one in my family likes it. BUT, I am making a gorgeous green pistachio pudding cake for dessert. Can't wait to try it.

Hello....how is it that I haven't read your blog before? I see your name on almost every blog I read when you make a comment and FINALLY today, I clicked on you because,well, I guess it was time to get to know that beautiful John Michael. My Ella is about 5 months younger than him and I love reading about kids close in age so I just don't understand how I have been missing you all this time.
